Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or oil.
- Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined. Add milk if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each halfway.
- Add your desired mix-ins to each muffin cup (vegetables, meats, cheese).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set and cooked through.
