Ingredients

  • Optional: A splash of milk for extra fluffiness

Add-ins (optional):

  • Vegetables: Spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onions
  • Meat: Bacon, ham, sausage
  • Cheese: Cheddar, mozzarella, feta
  • Herbs: Basil, oregano, parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or oil.
  3. Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined. Add milk if desired.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each halfway.
  5. Add your desired mix-ins to each muffin cup (vegetables, meats, cheese).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve immediately or store for later use.
