- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay the chicken breasts flat and cut a pocket into the side of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, and dried thyme until well combined.
- Stuff the Chicken: Spoon the spinach and feta mixture into each chicken breast pocket, dividing it evenly among all four. Secure with toothpicks to keep the filling in place.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bake the Chicken: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
